WTFish: A sustainable seafood dinner

23 May, 2019, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

“There are plenty more fish in the sea” – but can we really say that for much longer? What will our ocean look like in the future and how can we positively change our relationship with this vast and varied ecosystem?

Feast on the ocean’s riches and consider an environmentally-conscious way of eating seafood in this multi-course dinner from chefs Sascha Rust (Good Fish Project, Messer, Copper Pot) and Gemma Calleja (Napier Quarter, Messer and Quay). Join them as they discuss the delicate ocean environment through food, and find out how to keep our seas healthy and stomachs sated. Challenge the idea that ocean conservation can’t be delicious, and enjoy a moreish meal of some of the most tasty and sustainable species of our sea’s harvest.
