The hottest FUNERAL you will ever attend.
After igniting audiences across Melbourne and Sydney, KING IV returns with the most explosive evolution of FUNERAL to date – a dark electronic pop spectacle where rave, ritual and rebirth collide.
Taking over Meat Market – Cobblestone Pavilion for Melbourne Fringe 2026, FUNERAL transforms the venue into a cinematic underworld with a pounding live band, towering visuals, razor-sharp choreography, and the hypnotic force of KING IV commanding the stage.
Driven by the mythic world of KING IV’s debut album PSYCHOPOMP, FUNERAL drags audiences through destruction, ego death and transcendence in a one-hour fever dream of chaos, desire and transformation.
Emerging from Melbourne’s underground, KING IV has become one of Australia’s most electrifying live artists, with explosive performances at Listen Out, Beyond The Valley, Field Day and acclaimed headline seasons of FUNERAL at 170 Russell, Midsumma Festival and Sydney Mardi Gras. With over a million global streams and international chart success, KING IV is forging a new frontier of high-voltage live experiences.
FUNERAL pushes beyond the boundaries of live performance into something visceral, emotional and transcendent – a collective release for anyone ready to burn through the old version of themselves and emerge transformed.
This is your ending. This is your beginning. This is your FUNERAL.

KING IV’s ascent in the music industry has been marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation and an unyielding commitment to her craft. She has toured nationally and performed at major festivals including Field Day, Listen Out, Beyond The Valley, Secret Garden, and Melbourne Music Week. Most recently, her critically noted live work FUNERAL premiered at 170 Russell in Melbourne in 2025, before going on to Midsumma Festival and Sydney Mardi Gras Festival in 2026, marking a significant expansion of her presence on major national queer and cultural stages.
Earlier in her career, KING IV was crowned the winner of Triple J Unearthed’s Listen Out competition in 2018, going on to receive airplay across Triple J, Triple R, SYN FM, BBC Radio 1, 100FM Tel Aviv, and iHeart Radio, alongside multiple on-air interviews. In 2019, she was a finalist in the prestigious Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition and attended Victoria’s APRA/AMCOS SongHubs at Red Moon Studios.
With over a million streams as of January 2026, KING IV’s discography has achieved international reach, charting at #12 on the iTunes Australia Electronic Chart and #91 on the iTunes UK Electronic Chart.
In 2023, KING IV released her debut album Psychopomp, followed in 2024 by the deluxe edition Psychopomp: The Other Side. More than a collection of songs, Psychopomp is a conceptual universe—rooted in the mythological guides of souls to the afterlife—exploring transformation, liberation, and self-discovery.
In 2025, KING IV expanded this vision beyond the record with FUNERAL, a critically noted multi-artform live performance blending electronic music, orchestral arrangements, choreography, and visual storytelling into a high-concept ritual confronting themes of death, rebirth, and transcendence. With a new album arriving in 2027, KING IV has cemented herself as a force reshaping the boundaries of music and performance - and she’s only just getting warmed up.
