A defiant dedication to taking up space and turning this pervasive stereotype on its head. A Night With an Angry Blak Woman is an academic interrogation into the Blak experience, platforming voices with some of the country’s leading First Nations grassroots thinkers.

Chelsea Watego is a Munanjahli and South Sea Islander woman, Professor of Indigenous Health and Executive Director of QUT’s Carumba Institute, and co-host of Triple A’s Let’s Talk Black Politics program. As an angry Black woman, she co-founded Inala Wangarra Indigenous Community Development Association and the Institution of Collaborative Race Research while raising 5 beautiful children. She is also the author of ‘Another Day in the Colony’.
